Penny is a creative thinker who dedicates her time to producing both public and private works of art.
Before founding Felix Design, Penny served as art director of world renowned NFL Films. In this capacity,
she earned 3 Emmy awards as well as BDA Awards, Addy Awards, a NY ADC Award, a Philadelphia ADC
award and a Gracie Allen Award.
Spanning nineteen years, her career at NFL Films included resposibility for the visual style of the company and the creation of the graphics department. Under her direction, the design and effects work for all NFL Films programming reached a formidably high standard. Beyond football, NFL Films functions as a production and post production facility. Penny was responsible for the look of all commercial and corporate work that the company produced.
Clients include the NFL, ESPN, FOX, CBS, ABC, NBC, HBO, The History Channel, Lifetime, FedEx and Reebok. Prior to NFL FIlms, Penny was a designer and art director for CBS News and CBS Sports in New York City.
She holds a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design and The School of Visual Arts in
New York.
